Notice: Special Membership Meeting
All Harvard alumni with dues paid are encouraged to attend a special meeting directly before our August 12 lecture. Our board would like to update the Club's bylaws, requiring that the executive committee meet formally one time per year.

Background
Our original by-laws called for the Board of Directors to meet four (4) times per year, but we take care of most business via emails and conference calls--as needed. We would like to ammend our by-laws so that a formal board meeting is required only once annually, as is the custom with most of the other Harvard Clubs in our region.
