Nevada Museum of Art Tour
Docent Betsy Burgess will lead us through the new galleries.
Betsy Burgess, museum docent and Wellesley '71 art history major, would like to invite you to a docent-guided tour of the Museum and lunch at the new cafe, Perenn. This spring, the Museum has opened 40K square feet of new exhibit space. On our tour, besides an overview of the new spaces and galleries, we’ll spend time in a couple galleries looking at art with stories to tell. You’ll learn about different regions and eras. Then we’ll go to lunch at the new cafe. Your choice of dates: Saturday, August 16 or Saturday, September 20, 10:30 am. Please get to the Museum by 10:15 so you can place your order for lunch. Each tour is limited to 10 guests, so you must sign up. Admission is free for members, $15 for general admission, and $13 for students and seniors. RSVP hcnnevada@gmail.com
